Great apartment complex! We loved living here. The apartments were very nice and the management was great. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for an apartment in Las Cruces!

 Our stay here was short, about 2 months, but the staff is the best of any complex I have ever lived in. They helped us out with a short-term lease, were very welcoming, and always prompt with responses if we ever had any questions. We only moved because we bought a house, but if I ever rented again this would be my first stop. Clean, relatively quiet, and a good amount of amenities and community events.

Oh! And they gave us a welcome kit with little necessities like dish soap, sponges, toilet paper - it was a much appreciated gesture and really came in handy after a cross-country move! 

March 2025-five star review
I moved in January of 2022 and I experienced great service from the beginning from entire office staff and including the owner of this community. I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink this morning and when I walked to the office, I ran into the owner and a maintenence staff. I explained that I have to go to work and when I returned, they made all repairs, cleaned up after themselves, left a door tag and also notice my trash can holder which wasn't working well, was replaced with another one. Service here is beyond excellent, all the staff are approachable and it feels good to see the owner care about there property. We'll done!
